Preamble

This software — TezzLLM Enterprise v2.0 / Tiny v2.0.0 — including all associated executables, weight files, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of TezzCorp Pvt Ltd (CIN: U62011BR2026PTC083413), created by Rohit Pathak, Creator & Director.

Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this License, TezzCorp grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Use the software for internal business purposes

Run inference on your own hardware

Fine-tune the model on your own data for internal use

Contribute federated weight updates through the official portal

Restrictions

You may NOT:

Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or weight files

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any executable

Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Use the software to train competing AI models

Publish benchmark results without prior written consent from TezzCorp

Deploy the software as a public-facing API or service without a commercial license

Intellectual Property

All source code, model weights, binary formats, and algorithms remain the exclusive property of TezzCorp Pvt Ltd. The TezzNative compiler and runtime are separately licensed.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TezzCorp Pvt Ltd or Rohit Pathak be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this software.
